1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

Cost cutting trend have ruined the standard that Accenture was having before. They are generating profits by not acquiring the projects but doing cost cutting within. They are running the projects with half of its actual capacity thus the productivity goes down over a period and no innovation as people are barely able to complete there task and no time left for analysis and other stuff.
