HCL is having job security, and you don't have to be worry about even if you are in bench for months.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance as there will always be work pressure from the project, Management never appreciates your work. They will set more target and even outside work hours you have to join meetings & all which I think is not good as it affects on personal life.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
