Likes: I most like here is job security, and good projects HCL have, I really enjoyed the team and HCL team and company
Dislikes: Appraisal is really worse and even if you have 9 rating you will get only 4-5 % of apraisal.
People here with high experience think that nobody can touch them but again I really thanks HR they will help you in each scenarios.
