There is always self-learning opportunity provided by the company, and some of good managers who guides and mentors towards right direction.

There is slow growth opportunity for hard working employees as a reward you get dry promotion, specially one who is working new in MNC like HCL, one has to inculcate the skill of smart work to progress and self-motivated to learn new skill.

It was longest where I worked, I have attachments.

Even though after working for 3 + years salary was increase just around 1k same where I was always rated expetional performer. I always volunteered to work but as got senior, respect, team never gave and I felt bad every second day. It killed my enthusiasm.. Very bad experience I have with HCL. Without any project they keep me on bench and suddenly by force they pressurized me for resign. I have given because HR threatened me and I have resigned.
