Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. Company is an excellent, female’s employees are over protected by the organisation. Company has health insurance that is very useful. They have so many benefits for pregnant ladies like insurance also in cabs they will carefully taken care. Infrastructure is awesome.

Dislikes

HR will not respond properly. No one will question what every happen inside the project. Some managers are from heaven so no one can ask anything to them even they hurt the employees emotionally inside the project. There is no rules for the heavenly managers.

If work hours s 10 hrs means they are expecting us to work 15 hrs per day. Daily work extension and weekend support including sunday. All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever... I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.

Dislikes

Toxic management just to save appraisal fund they terminate anyone left and right. One have to work 12 hours during weekend with only two week off. If one ask about timing they label you as terrible and not team player. They will not respect you for working in night shift they treat you badly.

Work culture and management has become worse in many projects,doing micro management, no allowance for weekend or off hours support, poor appraisal hike. Moving internal resources to bench and asking them to either join in irrelevant team or resign.No proper support from HR.
