Work life balance is not good. Lot of internal politics. Worst seniors at management level. They are old fashioned and not fit to the company. Simply wasting their career and spoiling others as well .

HCL is very good company to work who really value employees and the best part is you get work life balance. Only thing which I see as drawback or things to improve is compensation part otherwise I enjoyed working in HCl

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

Now company has started working on new technologies and trying to make a product out of it, I am part of that team. So work satisfaction is there, along with no mandatory WFO ( it mostly depends on your project and manager).

Appraisals will be very less even if you are top performer. There are a lot of process involved to get certain approvals. No proper communication on hike cycle this time

Not a collabrative environment. We can't talk freely with managers for newperson coming to team It is like school when attending meeting even uncomfortable situation they making us to on video. Or else it will be escalated or absent in meeting like that. All are managers not easy to communicate. Appraisal is very poor while deputed to STELLANTIS by HCL Tech.Learning and Development,is not upto the Mark.It is difficult to prove our Capability while working in Client place through HCL Tech ,This will affect the promotion and increment follows yearly.
