There is no proper management.if you are in project also,they will not pay EPB .if you will raise concern to HR,they will tell bullsheet reason.

Most of the projects are client location based. Managers do not support their employees for anything.even if client harasses them they keep quiet and else make the employee to adjust. Managers have made work culture toxic. I worked for PepsiCo and the managers in hcl were not at all supportive to their employees.

We do have a job security here. We are getting project quikly if we are released from the current project. Can learn the and complete the GCP certifications without any cost.

long working hours in US based project that i am currently working on. need to be careful on the work life balance in US client projects.

HCL is having only big name but I will recommend that not to join HCL. No support at all from company or manager. They just deploy you on client location after that nothing. Another is they try to how they can delay bonus and yearly appraisal l. Every year they create new reason to delay yearly appraisal. They delay almost another 6-9 months to give appraisal.

If you spend aroung 10yrs in hcl yr salary growth just ill be like 4 yrs. Worked for 7 yrs and put all efforts. When i resigned my seniors didnt ask me to stay or sing word.

Hi, Please dont join some managers screw like anything and they will make you 2 , 3 projects and EOD they wont give hike and FNF also not do properly, if raise ticket they will check with HR and if we check with HR, they will ask to raise tickrt. very bad experience

Too much of micro management. They expect to work continously for 9 hours and with out breaks. Monitoring screentime and it should be 9 hours without calls.

The managers will do micro management , and new upcoming manager learning the same tradition. Very less professionalism. No trainings for managers on mangement . Just behave like senior govt employee, which is spoiling hcls reputation. HRs has no role for anything. Manager holding employees whom they like , and release of not required.

1. Company projects play lot of politics 2. state discriminations where I see more people from Chennai location and how much ever you put your effort to fit in between them they will not allow you. 3. They always have wrong project estimations and torture employees to fulfil the client. 4. Architects work are being transferred to other senior employess with no knowledge. 5. Architects and other so called people have multiple meetings with client to gather all the details but they will never share proper information and just pressurize the employee. 6. Managers will take the money from our salary like bonus and all Hr's will not support you All politics and regional gangs will be there. Especially in Google office If you give complaint to your manager, they will laugh at you only
