Worst HR, operations. They commit something, give something and act like nothing. No control on hr or operations. Not flexible work their flexible means 6 shit will start at max 07:30 ( just 2 hours window) no shift allowance, they simply don't care about employees. Company is good for idle people simply sitting monthly getting. Ambitious people can stay away. Working hours 9 hour 30 mins.

WPC bench supporting team is worst in HCL, then never assigned to resources to the correct project and if they want to release from the company, they will simply transfer the employee to different location and apply frustrated resigning. The company.

Worst Manager and worst project(Oil&Gas), False statements, false promises... One biggest idiot lady doesn't know how to communicate with the resources she will ask you to do recruitment(speaking to candidates and schedule interviews). Here why they will take only PPL from Chennai/ Tamilians in HCL... PPL are working here since 8yrs... They only know 1 process and they will do the same... As PPL have less work so they concentrate on other activities. If you don't satisfy/ don't do manager work they will escalate to their manager and deduct the salary by saying of some other reason. I strongly recommend to not Join HCL Tech. They will offer you good salary. But u will get same take home as you are getting in your previous organisation......Read More

1. They will not let you if you are hired for Night shift / or any shift. 2. No Shift allowlance for Night shift 3. Too Much office politics , as the people who do it are not good on techincal part 4. Not transparent while handing out apprisal 5. Appraisal cycle ends on March , but salary increment happens in October, without Any arrears

Your Leaves will be reduced to 50% compared to the market standard leaves. Including Annual leaves+ CL+ EL( Sick leave)--> you will only get around 15 leaves for an year. HCL can improve in there on board process. Improve in the work culture. Give more clarification on Performance and variable pay policies. Make CTC of the employee what you pay. At the end of the day employees will get some motivation when you give good rating and increments not with your big infrastructures.
