They have multiple projects to work. You will get preference in switching from one project to the other. No work pressure. If you want to spend a comfortable work life then welcome to HCL. Very good office, well maintained campus.

Appraisal and Promotions are almost zero no matter what you do. Manager does not support/nominate you for promotion or appraisal. Appraisal can go as low as 1% and this number is quite a common number even when you've got the rating of 'Exceeding expectation' Going by this I won't be surprised if somebody needs to payback to the company out of his pocket if he gets a ratibg of 'meeting expectation'. Favouritism is there when it comes to the manager so they are biased so if you would like to request for change of shift temporarily then they won't even consider it. Company provide cab facility up to 35 k.m for Noida location but for female there is no k.m. limit. Good culture Job Security as compare to other companies. Salary credit on month end.

Dislikes

Basic Salary is very low so you can't save much tax, working hour is 9.30 hour. HR don't give your email response easily might be they are too busy. No Diwali bonus. Salary increment is very low. Politics depend on you manager.
