Work life balance is good,gets new project frequently.

No appraisals,heavy EPB deductions,HR unreachable,no flexibility in working hours,only 18 leaves per year.

after 18 months you can change the project, if you don't like it. For females employees company is more flexible.

Dislikes

No Shift allowance, only Compensatory off for holiday work, No pay for overtime, Monthly Variable Payment deduction(Rs.1500-Rs.4000), if increment happens that is paid from Jan instead of Oct for E3 band

Worst management. They like chamcha only. Your hard work will doesn't work in HCL. they are deducting EPB from salaries of their employees. If we are reaching to them then HR stating it's management decisions and it will deduct until your rating in not 10 out of 10 and they are not giving 10 to any employee. It means they have created such policies to deduct salaries of employees. I have 127 appreciations in one calendar year and my rating was 9.7 and they have deducted 20% from monthly EPB and same has been deducted from yearly performance bonus. HCL have good project where one can learn a lot and develop their skills so good for Skill development. Job security is also good as HCL gives ample opportunity.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is terrible. No Appraisal. There is quarterly appraisal so based on that they cut your monthly bonus. They have software to Count your productive hours.

Work environment is good and also depends on the project assigned. Lot of opportunities for upskilling and training. Work life balance.

Delay in appraisal cycle and promotion.

Nothing is good in this company

Dislikes

They play with employees career. Without knowing employees profile they put the employee in any process. Annual increment is not there. When increment time will come they change the process or put employees in bench. They includes the Bonus amount in CTC and told you this much is your CTC but in reality they give very less amount of Bonus although that is part of CTC. PF deducted both sides from yout Salary. I think job security is good, however managers give work and do nothing and then rate u bad.
