As it's a service-based industry, depending on the project and your role, your work-life balance will be affected. HCL tends to have a low number of resources on the project to save margins which means each member of the team will be doing double work.

Totally disappointed as I am struggling.. they assigned me 365 days on call 24 hours. Any time they calling me and asking to work.

Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.
