Management doesn’t care about the valuable resources. Management don’t care about ye people skills. Resources are not being utilised as per their skills. Too much favouritism, too old people in the system who are still working on the manual tasks when everything is running on automation and AI. Same kind of data being asked by management so many times which affects the productivity of technical people. Upper management is not aware what their team members are doing they ask technical people to provide your productivity. There is too much of nano management from all sides. Even if we sneeze entire world will know, before you can give explanation. Everyone wants to know about everything and anything that you are doing in office.my manager is based out of India and he wants to know what is happening in Blr everyday and every minute.

The work culture is depends on the project as I worked on two projects and in one the culture was great and chilled out but on the other one it was feeling like trapped. So it is totally depends on project. Overall experience is good with everyone

Most of project are very short term, so being on bench are usually common, salary and perk or rarely got promoted/increase in healthy way and variable is scam here Clearly No to retain employee of the company Company forcing to work from office even there is no any such requirement Overall Company is not having employees welfare and comfort and not innovative in this regard

Dislikes

They interviewed for L3 position in a particular project, give you offer letter after discussion. But before onek week of your joining you get call from different project that your are deployed to this project and you have to do night shift only. Post joining you get to know in this project there is no L3 level work. Only L1 level monitoring level work. You will be forced to do the task which not under your scope as well. Even if you have better idea to improve the process management and team will not accept the same as it will disclose their lack of knowledge. They only follow the old manual process rather than adopting automated operations. Management wants every employee must work over 9 hours even if there is nothing to do. They track your workflow with a tracker for which you need to be available on screen above 10 hours without taking any breaks. Before joining HCL think multiple times. As they simply recruiting and moving to different location without employee concern and cornering to either accept the location or terminate from the job. HR Not supportive for Womens.
