Don't know about the company but I like working for my manager that why I am here.

Everything else. Appraisal delaying every year. Not giving proper appraisal making excuses of COVID and COVID is long gone now. Company making revenue and getting in newspaper headlines but no benefit to employees. Office Politics.

1. So much nepotism and manager favour. 2. We have to fight ourselves for new project. 3. Zero growth and salary increment 4. As per new policy, if you are on bench for one month, suddenly HR will forced you to resign otherwise they will abscond without giving any prior notification. 4. They can assign any skills( like-service desk) as per project requirements.

Since am working in client location i cant get my company leave and i cant get wellsfargo leave either No replacement for the people who relieved the company, your first increment will come after 1. 5 years i have a worst management ego clash racise clash, caste clash and the worst part is there is no shift allowance

I left TCS to join HCL in May 2024, expecting a positive career move based on the company’s reputation. Unfortunately, my experience with HCL was far from what I anticipated. Upon joining, I was initially assigned to a project, but no team was aligned to me, leaving me without clear direction or responsibilities. Despite my efforts to seek clarity, there was no progress, and after four months, I was placed on the bench. Nothing to like here. Torture place. No hikes, no appreciation No appraisals And at last, they don’t even have money to give a sweet box on feativals. How poor they are..

No need to like to and dislike here. It is just a place to be a slave.. The more you work here, the more you become a slave. No one even talks about hikes appraisals. But we have to fill the quarterly performace forms and Managers are statues and they never give good rating, even if they give good rating, the next level management don’t give hike. Because the company is running in losses. And our Ops Manager, Reporting Manager says, we have lost our major clients and we have no money, stupid convincing dialogues comes here. First of all thanks for giving opportunity in hcltech. After I joined got only salary didn't get any benefits. There was no hikes.

Dislikes

Working culture. Initially it was good, but later on it was became worst. Now it was too bad. They internally transferring resources without any intimation too experienced resources.

work life balance is good and it will be better to prefer this company for long term if you are not expecting hike and promotion
