1. Salary & appraisal: They will not increase the salary for more than 2.8-3 years. Fake promises to increase salaries and hike. No extra money for OT also. Workplace culture is good and no pressure or deadlines or to complete the targets. Senior management are supportive.

Dislikes

In some projects work from home policy is not there so not good for work life balance and annual leaves are less it has to be increased.

You don’t even get welcome kit when you join the company. No Diwali gift hampers and nothing. Almost 20% goes to variable pay and this has many conditions and you end up getting less variable pay. The yearly hikes are very very less you will get 1% or 2% and sometimes you get a appraisal letter at the year end and it will be writtenas no changes in your compensation, so no hike for you for complete year. Nothing to like currently. The only good thing that company won't fire you but will mentally haras you so that you will be forced to live the organization by your own.

Dislikes

Comply was employe centric earlier. No appraisal, no promotion, no work life balance. Imposing new policies to mentally haras employees to leave the organization, without even serving the default 90 days notice period.

Nothing much but it gives salary on time that's the only good part of it and has events regularly celebrated.

Many: 1. Work life balance is nill. They treat employees as slave and make you work for almost 14-15 hrs per day 2.
