I like the IT environment since I am from Mechanical Engineering background.

Hidden inter-politics that influenced by hometown, ex-company members, caste, favouritism for Managers, Business Department Unit heads, etc. No regulated salary packages. example: new Joinee (either IT or Non-IT) receives more than 5-7LPA, but experienced person (Non-IT) receives less than 7 LPA even the employee was loyal to the team & organisation.

They ask you to work in client location and close the contract in short notice once everything is set. Never allow to be a FT employee to their clients Deduce the variable pay and put huge amount in variable pay, something around 16 to 17 percentage.

Not a collabrative environment. We can't talk freely with managers for newperson coming to team It is like school when attending meeting even uncomfortable situation they making us to on video. Or else it will be escalated or absent in meeting like that. All are managers not easy to communicate. The appraisal is not happening within the mentioned time and i have not received the 2023-2024 financial year hike yet. Additionally no one from the HR team has communicated about this. However, the performance pay is being deducted every quarter on time, based on the quarterly rating

Since am working in client location i cant get my company leave and i cant get wellsfargo leave either No replacement for the people who relieved the company, your first increment will come after 1. 5 years i have a worst management ego clash racise clash, caste clash and the worst part is there is no shift allowance

If work hours s 10 hrs means they are expecting us to work 15 hrs per day. Daily work extension and weekend support including sunday. All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever... I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.

Appraisal is very poor while deputed to STELLANTIS by HCL Tech.Learning and Development,is not upto the Mark.It is difficult to prove our Capability while working in Client place through HCL Tech ,This will affect the promotion and increment follows yearly.

Don't have proper scale of despite the experience you have with you. Based on the skill set and experienced same must be revisited to give the emloyee.
