In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

Lot of work pressure with their local client. If you do good work also their local client will give bad reviews always so you will not get any salary hike and they are not giving variable pay. Please don't work with their local clients project.

There are not giving salary hike and they are not giving your variable pay. Every month again they will cut salary some amount in the name of monthly performance. Mostly these all happen with their local clients so guy please don't work with their any local clients project.

Worst managers, only manager can servey here..without doing any work..non technical managers they simple sitting and getting salary. Especially Chennai location managers they not leaving this organization...because they can not servey current technology..so they sitting same company 10 to 15 years and enjoying. Worst HR behavior. Managers in office only few hours 2 to 3 hours.they put all presure to employees..long working hour 14 to 15 hours. Please stay away from Yuvarajan sanmugasundram manager projects..
