Salary and hike is not like other companies.even for new joiners will give good salary but for people who working long time is not promoted and salary also will not be revised even they are well talented.

I have worked in this organization around13 yrs. But, They didn't support me during the covid-19. Now, I am searching the job more than 4 months and totally changed my life style.am facing lot of problem my parent hospital expense, my kids school fee, house rent and personal loan..

Dislikes

Nothing to tell dislike about my teammates and salary as well. But.. Only one dislike is lay-off me from the company. They should consider my experience in Cognizant.

Likes

Salary will be credited on last working day of every month and has not skipped even once. Skill development is also one point that looks good, but you won't be utilised based on the trained skill.

Dislikes

Learning opportunities are good but you won't be utilised for the skills; poor salary/appraisal; built with corrupt politics to the core; job security is not guaranteed (anytime you'll be thrown out); poor work-life balance (will be asked to work for 24x7, but allowances for outside normal hours will not be credited most of the time); issues related to payroll or anything involving HR (even if the issue is on the company side), will not be resolved easily and you'll be the victim anyway.
