Worklife balance will be good, don't expect salary hike and promotion, if you are into management you will get salary hike and promotion with out asking your manager

Even call taxi driver is earning 3k to 4 k per day, he is happy, here even seniors will get 70 k to 80 k max - experience level will be 18 + By the name of work life balance, they won't give promotions, 10 year back what salary you will be getting, almost same salary you will be getting now, they won't ask you to go out of company You will get burnout here , after going through this tough situation you have commitments you have to go and look out for some good job outside

Being a TCSer only I can say organization management is not upto level who understands the organization as well as employees growth. They forcefully want associates have to be under there hierarchy. They are not interested about associate growth and aspirations.

1) Job security 2) lot of learning opportunities 3) less work pressure 4) Transport facility and guard facilitiy for female employees at night. 5) almost every technology related projects are available. 6) onsite opportunity are there for deserving and skilled employees.

Dislikes

1) very low salary hike. 2) no meal facility 3) release from one project to another is a difficult process. 4) team outting and potluck culture is dependent on project and teams only. 5) lot of compliance and security policies make small work time consuming.
