No skill development, Manager's are literally not working. As everyone knows that TCS doesn't fire employee, senior management takes advantage of this and just work for status meetings. There is no reward for talented folks, not getting enough salary and there is no meaning of appraisal process.

Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.

Work life balance seems very bas especially with my manager my TCS manager is over abusing my personal number and time the laptop whchi tcs provided is very small and difficult to work as small like a notebook but not notebook pc . if they want us to do development work they should provide laptops with decent size and configuraiton.on the top there should eb respct for the employees personal life...Read More

They have few good opportunities if you are lucky to join such project. Otherwise rest are just support based low cost project.

The HR, RMG and their approach towards individuals career growth. Most projects are just support based which will only decrease your market relevancy.

Too much bureaucracy. Only Support projects. No development scope. Salary hike too low.
