Nothing is good just for the brand we joined but work culture is mentally harassing many employees are just working bcz of survival purpose.

Manager and HR is worst exploiting the young professional without giving relevant work which they are skilled in RMG are dumb they just listen to the HR they donot the power of the work they had with forcefully assign to random project

Excessive rules and regulation, Work culture is very toxic. Seniority complex is too much here in people. Everyone want to exploit the junior talent and maximize their gains even at the cost of people's mental health. When it comes to appraisal and promotion they suck at it.

The nature of your work life depends on the kind of manager you get. There are some at TCS who do not know how to handle a team and because of that everyone suffers. My work life while at TCS was the worse cause I did a good job and they just forced more work on me

Working culture totally depends upon project to project but salary compensation and appraisal is very low. Learning curve depends upon employee since TCS gives lots of opportunities to learn. Job security is good you just have to be compliant to all policies. Make wise choice, if you just starting your career don't consider TCS, if you are experienced then you can definitely consider.

RMG puts you to any project which doesn't match with your skills and aspirations,and if you deny to take that project,they then become very rude and escalates to HR, after that HR also forces you to take that project and after that manager also blackmails you to take his project otherwise he will give bad feedback about you to the HR and then they forcefully assign you to that project with out your where your skills and aspirations don't match. Its terrible, people just come here to waste time and managers assign any project to you without your preferences and even while interviewing for project allocation, they will fool you if you do not ask any questions regarding the type of work they are assigning. They will try to waste your years.
