I stayed at the job because of the people and the clients who were amazing. Insurance is supposed to be good.

...dumped on the good associates, but their hikes and promotions were verrrry poor. So basically join if you need the salary but don't work, it's not worth it.

TCS gave me life. I love working in TCS to deliver good result to client and learn good things it help to growth in my carrier life. Each and every day we are learning inside the organization.

Politics. BFS people still getting very less salary compare to others. Richer become rich and poor become poor..

Job security. You can work as long as you want to move to next organization.

No process change unless you drop the paper and revoke. Low compensation benefit Promotion is out of the world things in these recent year. Night Shift allowance was not revised for last 10 year.

They will allow us to be in bench until we allocate un next project

Salary structure,they will not consider the wintage employees in salary, even lower band peoples who joined newly they are getting more

...d pushed in some creepy projects to show the RMG as lower count of employee's. Salary will never raise up to the new recruit for the same role. It's difference looks like a gap between the earth and the moon. If an employee is raising a concern about a project or a person in a team whom ever he may be. There is nothing happens to the team or the person. The person who raised complaint is penalized and marked by everyone and starting to destroy his or her career.... After resigned my job from TCS I feel free to breathe and getting recovery from mind and health issues....
