...ly, pre-covid WFH options was there. Management is very supportive to employees. However poor pay scale and very very less onsite opportunities.

It very important to select the company like LTIMindtree that helped in bringing Work Ethics, Values and Collaborative spirit. I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. I like about the supportive environment and benefits on work life.

I strongly dislike about inadequate compensation.

Only liking is that it's a service based mass hiring company with multiple projects.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. They are slave to client and breaks the norm of not working during day hours.Late night calls at around 12 am is very common.

Bench is of 2 months only, and after that firing, 30-40% of sallry component is billable bonus which is given only if you are on project, No work life balance, projects are picked on short time basis with critical development and employees are made to work on weekends also, and once project is over people are released immediately.

It's consultancy based company , we should support outside clients as a contract basis..some times we won't get good projects and we may sit idle long time on the bench..in the mean time we have a chance to learn new things..most of the projects are scrap...not that much technical sound projects
