I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. I like about the supportive environment and benefits on work life.

It's been pleasure to working in LTIM. I have worked multiple companies but this LTIM have a very good at work life balance, Skill upgrade and support.

LTIM should improve the below areas, CAB facilities in tier-2 cities, Canteen food quality.

Work life balance is good, Policies are also awesome. work culture also well. employ centric company. Female employes benefits are good.

There should be no criteria for 1-2 days of medical leave. But here we can only take medical if we have fallen sick for more than 3 days.

Only liking is that it's a service based mass hiring company with multiple projects.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. They are slave to client and breaks the norm of not working during day hours.Late night calls at around 12 am is very common.
