...ompany. Post merger wirh LTI it is downgrading to micromanagement level company. Also leave policies and salary structured were modified for existing without approval of employee.

Company culture is the highlight. Work life balance depends on your project. However very rare projects were I have heard work life balance is ignored. I haven’t faced such situations in my tenure of 9 years luckily.

...hat should in employees area of work. Dont ask testing guy to learn hibernate. Arranging for official travel and billing the expenses on corporate credit card which is in employees name !! Why should I pay bills in lakhs for my corporate credit card that too for official travel. 9.5 hrs working hours policy.
