Worst company as per my experience no hike no job security. Without any reason first they will shift you to bench then they will fire you. The HR will keep on pressuring you to drop the paper worst company.

...y to work. No job security. They will give you 15 days notice and will fire you. People join HCL for job security but as per my personal experience there is no job security no hike.

HCL job security is not available as per current market situation.They are hired multiple resources last year both freshers and experienced candidate. They are not able to map to the project and now current situation eye wash interview conducted and remove the resources from bench.

There are trainings conducted for skills enablement

No salary hikes , promotion is a big no , only those who are in the close group of the managers will get promoted/onsite/hike , etc. Worst level of Micromanagement,every work minute will be tracked and monitored thrpugh tools.

...cited its been three years here in hcl its feel like jail. They don't give you .5% hike yearly but they will deduct your salary by saying that it is because of company policy they have to component and both are related to performance in which what ever you can do but management already told that you can not give 10 out of 10, for other reference i am on project from the first date

...ny query we have to raise SSD and no one is readily available to explain things. Un necessary salary deductions. Variable salary payout is bad.
