Dislikes

Salary is not good. Hike are terrible . No clarity on process or hierarchy. Operational team is not matured and lot of things needs to be done to improve .

...ompany. Post merger wirh LTI it is downgrading to micromanagement level company. Also leave policies and salary structured were modified for existing without approval of employee.

Dislikes

Merger with LTI Micromanagement post merger Person cannot take sick leave without Dr certificate

Company culture is the highlight. Work life balance depends on your project. However very rare projects were I have heard work life balance is ignored. I haven’t faced such situations in my tenure of 9 years luckily.

Dislikes

Very low salary package, no scope for learning new technology. Promotion is ignored.

...nd location bias is there which always creates conflict in project related work. Compensation is less than market standards.

Mindtree has good presence in Europe, maybe its just me but I like how europeans work.

Dislikes

...hat should in employees area of work. Dont ask testing guy to learn hibernate. Arranging for official travel and billing the expenses on corporate credit card which is in employees name !! Why should I pay bills in lakhs for my corporate credit card that too for official travel. 9.5 hrs working hours policy.

Job Change or H1B?

Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : Currently I am feeling stuck at Work place with low salary. I have 6+ years of experience with 10LPA. I am not happy with Salary after 6+ years in IT looking at Market standards. Also, I have H1B Visa which has validity of 3 years. Around 1 year is already down, and I am waiting for an opportunity in US. Management is telling to be patient and sooner or later will get an opportunity as I have active H1B visa. Should I look for jobs change here in India ? Or should I stay patient with low salary for now and wait for US opportunity?
