Job security, safety and learning platform.

Dislikes

Delay in promotion cycle. Dress code still same old formals. Recent compensation was terrible as an overall. Not even a free tea is served in Chennai offices. In pf employer contribution is deducted from employee ctc. No fun at work.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop
