Wipro never cares on senior resource and they take it grant for senior resource and least bothered on paying compensation . But they are bothered about the less experienced people's only

Salary hike's are very average. Its very hard to get a band progression. Sometimes we wont get progression even by completing all the mandate training. Also we can't get an answer from management on why our progression was not processed.

...erly performance bonus by 15% at least as and when required by the management. If employee goes to client location, they pay 2k per month which is not at all sufficient to travel in state owned buses. Strict timings (9.30 hours), company tracks your swipe in and swipe out everywhere. People who travelled from onsite to offshore - they were unable to claim travel expenses people have to beg manager after doing that they've not approved it. Half of the broadband amount only can be reimbursed.
