• Conduct performance assessment and handle the team with strong empathy

• Good knowledge on the programming languages and best practices related to complete software development life cycle
• Define engineering and customer support KPIs and strive to improve them
• Good knack in grasping technology with logical thinking will help to perform this role in an effective way
