Work life balance is not respected. I lost the respect for the work I do, due to repetition and not challenging enough. Managers and directors are powerless to speak and act as company bouncers. Lay off parameters are total nonsense, results in zero job security. Not a product based company any more it has been changed to service based company as the management and organisational level are all hired from service based organization. Micro management, sudden layoffs and on spot firing. 5 days work from office and appraisal will be on year end with less percentage and promotion you can get either by asking then continuously or when you u drop in ur paper that time if u r valuable resource u can get promotion or appraisal till then good luck. Above all there will more than 2 or 3 org level changes per year which will affect ur promotion/appraisal as when new manager comes they will say "I haven't seen ur how well your performance will see next year or mid year promotion cycle"....Read More

Org cannot afford to replace a dumb laptop But expecting to show work time logged in a stupid Sapience tool. N number of issues with the VDI. All they want is time tracked and metrics , productivity with issue filled vdi and laptop
