The first day began with onboarding, where we received a lot of information about the company and enjoyed various fun activities. On the second day, we had an induction program where HR Gracy ma'am explained what BankBazaar is and the processes involved. Rajesh sir discussed the benefits of joining BankBazaar. This is hell working in this company so toxic environment they won't respect your feelings they won't respect your privacy they won't give any emergency leaves and the team leaders are so friendly but the HR department is worst management is worst the HR department they think the world is revolving around them.
