Lots of politics, there is work-life balance, No proper management, No hike, No work-life balance. There are many we cant even tell

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is better but career growth is very slow.there is a bonding policy.job training is not given to new joiners.

A job is good ,But starting I struggled some for training session.Later I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

Job will not be secure, if you don't have assigned any project with in one month, they will immediately removing in organization, they will give information only one day before, next day they will send the rejegnation Letter, they don't give an other chance.
