I like the friendly nature of manager and HR's

Dislikes

I don't like the behavior of my quality and TL they both can't even have a manars like how to talk with the agents. The reason I left my job is the quality and the TL. Even because of this both guys I feel pressurised otherwise hexaware is good placed to work.

being a fresher they have highest package to offer for candidtaes selected in intl BPO

Dislikes

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Job insecurity would always be there if management don't like you than it's over for you....Read More
