I don't like anything just salary comes on time

Dislikes

The hired me as a permanent employee but fired you once I complete 60 days in bench. This happened to almost all developers. They provide contractual jobs by saying it's permanent .Hexaware has 60 days bench policy. Never ever try to join this company because you will regret alot everytime..

Work from home. But no job stability. They terminate you if they don't have relavent project for you.

Hexaware terminates employees Immediately. Management is very poor. They have bias approach with non South Indian employees.
