Salary on time. You will get variable part quarterly in salary. WFH available.

Company outsource employees and you will report to client's manager. It is my experience that my hexaware manager doesn't have time to talk with me 5 minutes. There is no portal to search internal project openings. If you want to change project then you have to beg in front of your manager. There is no resource manager and HR is the most silent department in company. No one talk with you about your appraisal. You will get mandatory training emails but you won't get project in that technology. Here is lack of project.

...ke 4 to 6 weeks projects. It's very difficult to get another project internally. Once you completed 45 days of bench period then you will get only basic salary for next 45 days. There is no job security. I have observed that there is no difference between Hexaware permanent employee and contract employee from other organisations. Use and throw concept.

- Good transportation facility and less rate compared to other organization - Good Cafeteria and reasonable rates - Free Gym, Yoga, Table Tennis and Badminton Facility - Enjoy annual function called Yuva - Paymaster for lateral joiners - Only 8-9% of quarterly variable component till band G6 - Get full variable till band G6. - Have good employee retention policy. They try to retain you and can try to match your offer (Except COVID-19 pandemic situation). - Remote working environment. This culture is even before COVID-19 pandemic. - No desktop culture. Everyone gets laptop from next day of joining.

...ppraisal cycle is from Jan-Dec but effective increment will start after 6 month. You will get incremented salary in August payout. No arrears paid from Jan-July. - Annual variable component from band G7 & onwards so don't expect 100% variable payout. - Rare team outings. I have seen managers expect party from their team members🤣 - Fired too many resource in COVID-19 pandemic between Apr-Aug 2020. - Less onsite opportunities - Have to wait for 2-3 years, just to get H1B filing - Don't expect immediate travel opportunity even you have selected in H1B lottery. - They don't do H1B stamping easily. I have seen people waiting for 2 years holding H1B without stamping. - Tamil dominance organization

1. Projects are using very old tech. 2. You will have opportunity to learn new tech but there is no project to explore your learnings 3. People are not helpful. If you ping someone and ask for help. They may not come back to you at all
