Work life balance is somewhat ok because of hybrid environment and good manager

Dislikes

Job security is not there at all. Near to 4-5% hike. No allowance (just shift allowance provided) for working on weekends.

Dislikes

Hidden layoffs like one day layoff for senior management, as reliable and productive resources been laid off. Managers don't understand/value your skill set. No much hike. HIKE PER YEAR IS 5% either you are good performer. Sometimes feels like batch mates who are senior give soft corner while any decisions.
