Compensation and benefits are not upto mark and not meeting the deadline too. This should be improved from HR side.

Hexaware doesn't have any good process, culture and policies. In pandemic where almost all the companies was very supportive and offering bonus and work from home setup, Hexaware was firing employees. Hexaware has worst clearance process, it took 2 months for my clearance. Policies are also not very good here. Admin,IT team are worse,they work as if they are working in goverment office

They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.
