They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

Dislikes

Appraisals. Even if you are a best performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

Culture is very rich here, Everyone treats you in a very good manner.

Very bad for long term association. Salary increments very low and there is very low job security as they can ask you to leave when they think that they don't able to bring us projects.

I have been working here for the past 6 months in Varicent ICM domain. Team is super supportive and it's really a great place to work.

My only concern is there will be not much opportunities in the ICM domain. Limited number of projects are available.

One of the worst company I came across. Does not value employees. No transport above 25kms Eben lady employees travel at their own risk from office after second shifts. HR's are least bothered, managers are unprofessional. Different employee policies within same company and within vertical too. People are frustrated and resigning without offers. They have long term projects which offers good job security. Company culture is alright. They have some good onboarding processes.

Work life balance was a joke. Despite being rated 5/5 consecutively for 2 years, no hike nor any promotions. They really play dirty politics. Senior management favors female candidates more than male candidates. No appreciation for the dedicated work male employees. Zero learning or upskill opportunity other than Udemy courses whichwill not be considered for any other position unless you have hands on experience....Read More
