I dont recommend anyone to join hexaware because lot more in dislike - pathetic management - BFSI dept, unprofessional managers, low level politics, no regulation just put employee to client side and behave employee like daily wages worker where low salary and no increment after that only 3-4% increment and no communication with manager and HR. manager very unqualified , he dont even know agile methodology and sprint planning and scrum ceremony. and technical is very far not even 1 % , dont know how they drive BFSI dept and making client fooliesh...Read More

It's just body shopping company and I don't find any likes as such.

I joined Hexaware in November 2023 with 17 years of experience and was assigned to a project which lasted for 3 months. I was again on bench. I was having Bigdata developer profile however they started giving me projects in Java, Microservices and later on L1 support projects. There was no skill set matching being done before being deployed for project. This is the worst company I can guarantee for senior level employees.
