There is nothing great, except the learning and upskill and also some activities during some emergency situations like floods providing free food to people who came to office.

Dislikes

I can strongly say, that they expect freshers(beginner )to be superstars with salary around 4 LPA should perform equivalent to 10 years of experienced people. They want to do more value additions for clients but won't provide hike for the same , it would be like doing things for self satisfaction, but after receiving words like youhave done project work even after doing hardwork by competing with seniors would be a disaster in feel. One more is management , I could not say all projects but some have politics included and you will be thrown out of projects if you fight against politics. They don't fire people that easily.

They have unrealistic expectations and no proper procedure in place the thing people usually talk to HR have to be conveyed via the manager and the manager along with leads take advantage of this and carry office politics. About work they mostly have freshers or manual testers working here and they create very horrible code cusing mayhem when there is smallest change introduced in the system. No proper review is being carried out and no one will even bother to help if you don't understand the requirement. They will assign manual work to automation guys and automation work to manual guys. They will assign multiple tasks to do and then ask you to manage them in parallel like literally they say the words like fo this and in parallel do this. Then in meetings if you messed up doing multiple parallel work or any mistake is found they shout at employees like they own you. This is specifically true for AirCanada projects. Work life balance and office events are eye feast to watch. Especially Chennai campus shows us the heaven on earth :) Full of greenary and water fountains are amazing. We can prefer going to office to work in a joyful environment.
