Senior teammates are not helping juniors and they are dominant. They will give 10 useless tasks at a time and run back us to complete soon. Projects they have will not be useful for developing skills. Politics is there. Only automation is there. Always they engage us in unnecessary call, so no space to concentrate on our work.
