I worked for around 2.5 years in this company. Here most of the managers you will get will micromanage you and will push you so that they can take out as much work as possible from you without being empathetic towards you. Even if client is cool with your work management here will keep bothering and will keep pushing you to take more work as they usually have limited budget. Better avoid this company altogether, join only if you are not getting any other offers. Also once you put papers and plan to leave,managers here will make your life hell and will try their best to stop your career. So beware before joining here and do your research well.

There is nothing to be liked here. So many deductions from your gross salary. Only pro is you will be getting salary on time.

Salary increment and compensation for 2 years was just 5000 inr. We have been working 14-16 hours a day since the lockdown started. But the higher management do not appreciate our efforts. Instead they focus on branding and expansion of the company, which is good for them. The ones who work for it will not get decent payment. Everyone is leaving company, but the higher management doesn't care. You will not get exposure to latest technologies. You cant choose the technology you want. Some of my friends were joined as software engineer trainee, they had been translating documents from japanese to english for 2 years. Because of not having development experience in first two years, they were not considered for promotion. They asked for development/maintenance projects, but no one listened. The career opportunities are less compared to other MNCs. A three year experienced developer in other MNCs will get the same salary of 11 years experienced developes in QuEST.

...go there this is the thing happening in there almost 1 year plus her torturing .The main thing is I have been transferred from Trivandrum location to Gurgaon location so in that time I didn’t even get any office accommodation (at the time of transfer they had offered accommodation)or any salary benefits from them ,we are transferred to a completely new place ,as a women I don’t have any safety plus the managers didn’t ask for any help I didn’t got any pg to stay for the whole day I feel nervous and used to call the Malayali community for the stay for a particular period , after all they didn’t even increase my salary ,the same basic salary I had been work there, the expense in this city is very high even though I got promoted to on-site also didn’t even get any pinch of money hike in that time it’s very hard to survive there as a women without enough money and safety .company don’t want to know about there employee safety or salary details they need someone to do there task .so please don’t come to this office there is no job security and the same time if you work hard it is not going to reflect on your promotion there are some office politics going on the people who are belongs to it would get the salary hike and promotions so don’t go for this worst company it’s a request

Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.

Seriously no corporate culture is followed here. So many false commitments and there are many hidden deductions in the salary part which they will never say in prior. No promotion or hike. They will never allow you to grow here. Worst organisation I've ever seen in my entire career.
