...timate aim is to stop his career, there will not be any smooth relieving policy. Will not get full variable pay as mentioned in the offer. If somebody has specific career aspiration then this is not right place to work.

Organization allows employee to focus on cross skill training and they have a advance salary option which would be beneficial to employees

Management is supportive and even though there was an escalation from client because of delay in the delivery management convinced the client mentioning that resource is new to the process

The Pay scale is need to be given good for the experienced peoples and Opportunities for overseas also need to be given for right person not based on the recommendation.

There is nothing good in this company ,full of office politics

...go there this is the thing happening in there almost 1 year plus her torturing .The main thing is I have been transferred from Trivandrum location to Gurgaon location so in that time I didn’t even get any office accommodation (at the time of transfer they had offered accommodation)or any salary benefits from them ,we are transferred to a completely new place ,as a women I don’t have any safety plus the managers didn’t ask for any help I didn’t got any pg to stay for the whole day I feel nervous and used to call the Malayali community for the stay for a particular period , after all they didn’t even increase my salary ,the same basic salary I had been work there, the expense in this city is very high even though I got promoted to on-site also didn’t even get any pinch of money hike in that time it’s very hard to survive there as a women without enough money and safety .company don’t want to know about there employee safety or salary details they need someone to do there task .so please don’t come to this office there is no job security and the same time if you work hard it is not going to reflect on your promotion there are some office politics going on the people who are belongs to it would get the salary hike and promotions so don’t go for this worst company it’s a request

Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.
