Salary increment and compensation for 2 years was just 5000 inr. We have been working 14-16 hours a day since the lockdown started. But the higher management do not appreciate our efforts. Instead they focus on branding and expansion of the company, which is good for them. The ones who work for it will not get decent payment. Everyone is leaving company, but the higher management doesn't care. You will not get exposure to latest technologies. You cant choose the technology you want. Some of my friends were joined as software engineer trainee, they had been translating documents from japanese to english for 2 years. Because of not having development experience in first two years, they were not considered for promotion. They asked for development/maintenance projects, but no one listened. The career opportunities are less compared to other MNCs. A three year experienced developer in other MNCs will get the same salary of 11 years experienced developes in QuEST....Read More

Work Details

We are working in maintenance projects. It has its own pros and cons. The work from home support is poor. Its not the problem with the IT support team. Its also the problem with higher management.
