They have long term projects which offers good job security. Company culture is alright. They have some good onboarding processes.

Dislikes

Work life balance was a joke. Despite being rated 5/5 consecutively for 2 years, no hike nor any promotions. They really play dirty politics. Senior management favors female candidates more than male candidates. No appreciation for the dedicated work male employees. The work is mostly relaxed, especially if you're on a legacy project. Onsite opportunities can be had in rotation. There are a lot of resources to certify oneself in various skills. There is no strict implementation of working from office. I went on quite a few vacations without taking too many leaves. There's a book club, which is interesting. So, relaxed environments come with relaxed pay hikes. Appraisals here are one of the worst in the industry. Also, appraisals are unfairly linked to passing trainings and certifications apart from achievements at work. So, even if you're a hardworking good performer, but miss a single training milestone, HR will have a good excuse to deny your pay hike.

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

Supportive colleagues, Team leader, Managers. Overtime benefits and good pay. Two way cabs and bus facility. Training + mock calls + team dinner.

Dislikes

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.

1. I am in Hexaware since last 2 years, work culture is very good, again it depends upon your managers and team. 2. Gives good hike while joining, but no annual hike. 3. Can release from employment upon any medical or genuine reason. 4. Join here, get hike while joining, then switch after 1 Or 1.5 year

Dislikes

Don't expect annual hike, for 5 star they will give 4-5% hike. Getting 5 star is not easy, again manager influence and other politics will hamper your ratings.

If u can speak quite good English then u will be selected easily in any process and also if u didn't get selected that's bcz ur communication is not good enough or u r pretty much smarter then the interviewer, this was my personal exp during interview.

Selected congrats, but they will give u a 40-50 pages of form to fill and u have to fill all the details with ur own without any help and also they will ask u some nonsense docx, the company don't believe in digitalization. Fr some process the salary they r offering fr freshers and experienced r same :)

Nothing is good at Hexaware. Managers, HRs, Canteen with cockroaches roaming around. Politics everywhere, one mistake and you will be warned to resign. 12 to 15 hours working and still want us to be on time even though we were working till late. No sympathy towards employees especially freshers. Binded by bonds and contracts. Wont ever recommend anyone to work in Hexaware.

We dont get prefferd work location and the freshers are randomly given projects without any evaluation of skills. I joined as a pget who knows development tool but they assigned me to low code project, and they dont give opportunity to work in development projects

Best company I've ever worked with... The environment is good... Approachable seniors n hr.. they will listen to u if u have any issue... Lots of events activity vouchers n all..

Promotion... U have to wait very long to grab a position... There are lot of levels n lots of wait . And Hexaware offer low packages.. and hectic while joining u have to give a lots of documents

Set of people sit in every unit as a political mob, take away hard work of people who really work, present as their work and pick up benefits The hard workers leave after realising this and they will be filled with new set of people. This cycle is continuing for last 25 years and hence the company did not grow like cognizant, which was started in same year
