1)Salary benefits/Appraisals are not on par with market rates for employees who are loyal to the company, instead hiring laterals at hyped up rates/hiring freshers to keep the headcount to balance attrition rate. Internal support to projects from HR level / project managers are not good so as to retain employees for bigger win with clients instead relying on recruitment team to bring in new faces with higher salaries who in turn have to start from scratch to create rapport with clients 2)Company culture is not good since the merger as trust between BU's are broken and it is always about new target that needs to be achieved.
