Do not join Internal projects in TCS like ultimatix,Sentinel.Team is very toxic.You will not get release unless you complete 3 years.You should join only client projects where you will learn lot.Do not join TCS Nagpur .Instead you can join TCS pune or any other.Many people in TCS Nagpur are on bench.RMG is totally hopeless.HR is also same.RMG and HR team have forcefully put people's in support projects like Global helpdesk,IS teams where you will not learn anything....Read More

While TCS Nagpur is appreciated for many aspects, I have observed and raised concerns Limited Exposure to Big-Scale Projects. Few Onsite Opportunities. Slower Career Growth.

Work Life Balance when no task. Work individually but compared with 1k - 2k individuals at the time of appraisal 3 months notice period is less, it should be 1 year so that the attrition rate will become 0.

Dislikes

Every company is same when deliverables are there. No Promotion even you work 20 hrs and delivering good results. No Hike, Freshers should not consider joining this. Come after 10-12 years of experience and enjoy your life by creating problems to juniors. No specific working days, if you have task you have to work because after this you will be considered for appraisal 😉

Employment to freshers in recent time -this mind blowing great work TCS is doing .I would say it's kind of social work TCS is doing.

10 Hrs.- Working Hrs.compulsory.Eventhough employee who newly get appointment,not having tasks initially still that employee has to seat total hrs .Work pressure damages the employee 's health and employee can't be more productive if he always cries for long time work hrs.

Job security, can remain anonymous amongst hundreds of people, best bench policy as you can prepare for govt exams & future studies. Good retirement home.

Dislikes

No visibility, need to be extremely lucky to get a good project, no HR/RMG communications, waste of time for 0-5yrs professionals

Medical Benefits and Tag to impress others for being a TCS Employee. I've got released within 1 month after paying 2 months basic salary, is the only thing to say good about throughout my tennure. Thanks to the Supervisor angel person.

Dislikes

1. Next to terrible on appraisal n salary hike n promotion part. 2. HR and RMG are all blood sucking vampires, never were and never will work in employee favour. 3. Supervisor is favor making machine BUT ONLY for Girls and his favourite ones who are always ready to catch his shit. 4. Asking for release from project feels like you'veasked for one of the kidney of Supervisor, he will try giving all the possible excuses which makes no sense but you'll fall prey easily as you are not aware of company policies which happens in 99% cases and for remaining tennure you'll hv to live on supervisor's mercy. After changing almost 5 projects, last one was life changing and finally decided to say TATA to Tata. Always ensure to join this as your last resort and waht max package you can join for, otherwise refuse the chance for better future....Read More
