I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the mental harassment I have been experiencing from my team leader, Kumar Gaurav. I have been facing this issue for the past few months, and it has significantly affected my mental well-being and my ability to perform my duties effectively. Here are some specific instances of the harassment: Incident 1: Recently my TL, threatened me to block my ID, which has been highlighted to my AM Rohit Kumar and my manager Sagarjit Karmakar, and also to the HR Satya Prakash, no action has been taken yet, previously, he abused me which was also highlighted to the management but unfortunately no action has been taken. Incident 2: Whenever I needed support on facing some issues, my TL, never helped me, which has also been highlighted, I faced partiality multiple times, which has also been highlighted, but they gave me DAP for that, without listening to my words. He always makes female colleagues uncomfortable to work with him. The behaviors exhibited by [Kumar Gaurav] include verbal abuse, belittling comments, undue criticism, and too many partialities. These actions have created a hostile work environment for me, which is detrimental to both my personal and professional well-being. For the past 4 months, I have been taking medicines for the same. Also, over the past 6 months, I have encountered several challenges that have made it difficult for me to effectively perform my duties. Despite my efforts to seek assistance and guidance, I feel that my requests for support have not been adequately addressed. There were multiple tickets have already been raised on TL Kumar Gaurav, for harassing agents still no action has been taken on that, kindly look into this as well. Sagarjit sir is aware of everything still no action has been taken. Yesterday I got to know that, some client escalation has been highlighted, in which 12 people's names were there in that sheet, and my TL also threatened this time I will remove you, and shockingly today I got to know that, they are removing only 1 from the process that is me saving all other agents, when I have not received adequate support on my concerns while doing the tickets, how is it possible to remove 1 person from that list. If I had received the support on time then maybe no mistake was there from my end. These are straight unfair games that have been played with me, after giving almost 2 years to TP, this is what I have received, my hard work, and efforts have no value. It's not that I Got ZTP so I am highlighting this it's because management should be aware of what's happening in the email process inside under Sagarjit Sir and Kumar Gaurav Vigilance. AM and MO are too partial only saving Kumar Gaurav. There are many unethical things going on in this process every day and management is suppressing everything, if so many tickets have been raised on TL, if he is still in this process, if 12 other agents are also in this process by doing unethical practice then why will I suffer?...Read More
