There are few leadership who needs to sit and think what are they doing,there is no professionalism and biased culture however not all process or managers are like that but there are managers who are womanisers and also borrow money from junior level showing their authority

Dislikes

Work ethics of some manages like simha in booking.com process who is a womaniser and 3rd class category human being who is biased towards female employee and also borrow money from all level

Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

Everything is bad.. Only Chamchas can work here and can get promoted. People become Team Leader and don't even know how to handle things. The only quality they have is "Chamchagiri".

From entry to exit, its everything you will dislike. Cockroches around cafeteria, on water filter, cafeteria is not cleaned. Management, bus conductor is more talented than tp Management.

No any work related training for new joiners, no any updates regarding changes in organization,So much politics, can't take leave when you need them, sometime had to work overtime if you are not coming from office cab, without getting extra paid.

Even though there is no paper policy, they used plastic decoration in abundance when India CEO visited our office in Gurgaon. Also these days no one taking care of plants in our building, they seem thirsty.

Wors experience ever , do not work in this company at all. You can do the daily labour and earn more and better self esteem and self respect rather than working here. The works part is human resources who protect rights of employee in every company except in this one .
