Working with Teleperformance was great and such a amazing support staff and everyone who was Responsible for doing such a amazing support and the management was very good to me and as well as with my other colleagues. The work culture here in TP is very good for newcomers it's was such a great place to work with. Thank you so much for your support and blessings on my current work experience.

It's a good opportunity for freshers in Teleperformance. CTC salary is also good here. If we work here as a fresher, we will learn most about communication skills how to emprove it. We can learn here how to interact to peoples and how to give services them. Work environment is pretty as well.

Dislikes

However you will feel pressurized yourself to work here. Some of policies of organisation make you irritate like holiday policy as well. CTC salary is only for showing good that's not too good when you get in hand. If you were hired for operation you can't manage your time. You will have to give your full strength to complete login of 8 hours🤔. Then you can get your salary good.

The training they provide to new employees is wonderful. Work environment is friendly there. If you are a fresher and want to learn something about BPO industry than it's a good opportunity.

Dislikes

No overtime given to employees after giving 20-30 extra hours per month. Management gives OT amount after 5 months and if employee left the organisation than he is not getting their OT amount. Mostly management takes employees OT amount and incentives that client is giving . In a whole serving period i didn't get any single penny incentive even completing every KPI targets there. Whole management is fraud there in terms of money. As we know Teleperformance is an MNC company. The work environment is very amazing. Assistant managers, managers, team leaders, and colleagues, are very supportive. The company's infrastructure is also good. They provide both sides of transport services.

Dislikes

Maybe in my opinion it will be a hiring process because they take 1-2 days to complete your interview process. But I think it's normal.
